H επεξεργασία των δεδομένων, που συλλέγονται, είναι μια διαδικασία που απαιτεί την χρήση εξειδικευμένων προγραμμάτων. Η γεωαναφορά των φωτογραφιών είναι απαραίτητο στάδιο της διαδικασίας ώστε να δημιουργηθεί το πλαίσιο αναφοράς εργασίας.
